1. Nature of Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly via download links or email, all sales are final.

Once you have purchased and received access to a digital asset (Template, Tool, Course, or Resource), the product is deemed "used." Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Refund Requests

We only consider refund or replacement requests in the following specific cases:

  • Defective or Corrupted Files: If the file you downloaded is corrupted and cannot be opened after multiple attempts.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour window, we will refund the second transaction.
  • Missing Access: If you paid but didn't receive the download link or access even after 24 hours (please check spam first).

3. Subscription Cancellation

If you have an All-Access Subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your Dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. However, partial refunds for unused days in a month are not provided.
